Role Description As a Sales Manager, you’ll lead the front-end sales strategy, guiding prospects through the early stages of the home buying journey and ensure a seamless transition from initial interest to contract. This role combines strong customer engagement, team leadership, and project knowledge to drive sales success before homes reach the market.
This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to drive results while building strong client and partner relationships.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer service, and business development. Additional duties include team management, establishing sales targets, monitoring market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing and developing familiarity with the disclosure statement, product offering, and Contract of Purchase and Sale, including addenda, to ensure ability to provide knowledgeable presentations and advice to prospects and realtors
Develop and execute sales strategies from pre-launch to sellout, ensuring absorption and revenue targets are met.
Collaborate with team to shape pricing, release strategy, and positioning.
Oversee onsite sales operations and lead a high-performing team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.
Monitor traffic, conversion, and buyer feedback to refine tactics and optimize sales performance.
Conduct ongoing market research to inform pricing, incentive structures, and competitive positioning.
Partner with marketing teams to align creative direction, messaging, and digital campaigns with sales objectives.
Manage Spark CRM system, sales reporting, and performance tracking to ensure data accuracy and insight-driven decisions.
Foster strong relationships with broker networks
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity, ensuring brand consistency and client trust across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
3-5 years’ experience in project sales
Strong administrative skills
Proficiency with Mac OS, MS Office applications (Office 365)
Familiarity using one of Lasso, Spark or Avesdo
Ability to produce results independently while maintaining a positive team environment
An amazing attention to detail with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proven time-management skills while working under pressure
Outgoing, personable attitude
A passion for all things real estate
Availability to work weekends

We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced site supervisor to oversee construction projects and supervise the construction team. The site supervisor's responsibilities include ordering building supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training new construction employees. You should also be able to perform first aid in emergencies. To be successful as a site supervisor, you should be detail-oriented and knowledgeable of building codes and construction safety regulations. Ultimately, an outstanding site supervisor should be able to interpret building plans as well as demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
Requirements:
Completion of a post-secondary education construction training program.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.
Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
CPR and first aid certifications.
Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
The ability to interpret blueprints.
Outstanding leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Summary
The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager, and partners with our project site teams to assist in the planning, direction and management of all activities related to the successful execution of major projects.
Qualifications
Preferable Post-secondary, technical education (BCIT) or similar in a construction or industry-related program
Excellent organizational and time management.
Service oriented, with a dependable and professional work ethic.
Able to work well as part of a team and independently.
Personal drive and commitment.
Industry Experience - 1-3 years
Responsibilities:
Project Manager support - provide support to multiple project managers and other colleagues as needed.
Support the Project Manager and the Construction team with the delivery of construction projects on time and to highest quality
Ensure highest standards of safety and are achieved through working with Site Safety
Officer and project teams to build effective safety plans
Project Startup - issuing contracts, requesting insurance and bonds, WCB notices, etc.
Project Documentation - using Timberline and Microsoft software to manage labour, materials, and equipment, cost coding, submittals, schedules, meeting minutes, change orders, etc.
Subtrade/Supplier Management - ability to manage construction subtrades and suppliers, and mitigate issues that may arise during a project
Control and document all rental, delivery material and inventory.
Job Duties
Assist the Project Manager in Managing and coordinating on-site operations.
Daily site opening and shut down and control activities.
Assist in establishing and monitoring construction work schedules
Liaison with Contractors, Vendors
Communicate operational objectives with the Project Manager daily.
Keep and maintain the daily diary and appropriate records to fulfil the requirements of the contract and provide detailed history of site events and history.
Occupational Health & Safety Acts / Construction Safety Act regulations and environmental requirements
Responsible for compliance and enforcement of all Company policies and procedures with regards to all employees and contractors.
Such other duties and responsibilities as assigned by his/her supervisor.
